I am a commercial real estate broker working primarily in Butte, Sutter and Yuba Counties of California. I have been in the real estate profession for over 35 years. I am also a general building contractor with C-21 demolition specialty endorsement. During this time, I have been involved mostly with residential income properties. I have rehabilitated over 1,600 residential units including apartment complexes in excess of 100 units. My career also includes development of professional office buildings, industrial properties and several historic rehabilitation projects. I have been a Superior Court Receiver operating distressed properties during foreclosure for the Court, the largest of which was 157 units.
When not working as a real estate broker, I am President of Northern California Community Development Corporation, a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation that operates Victory Village, a substance abuse, housing and employment recovery program for disabled Veterans. http://www.victoryvillagevets.org. NCCDC owns and operates a 47-acre ranch located at 104 Drobish Road in the community of Bangor, CA. The ranch is improved with 15,000 SF of ranch buildings, cabins and houses. It was the Far View Ranch Children’s summer camp which was started in 1935. It has the capacity to one day house as many as 60 clients in a sober living environment (SLE).
